This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you use (the “Site”), our mobile applications (“Applications”), and the services available on such platforms (together with the Site and the Applications, the “Services”), how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information. Types of Information We Collect

We may collect personal information from you, meaning information about you that can uniquely identify you (for example, your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number) and non-personal information about you, meaning information that does not uniquely identify you (for example, demographic information) when you register for an account to use the Services, when you place an order on our Site or using an Application, or if you otherwise choose to provide us with such information. You may unlink any of your social media accounts from your account on the Site by modifying your social media account settings, however may continue to collect information from you’re your social media profiles that you make available to the general public. Social media networks operate independently from Sightsy, and we are not responsible for social media networks’ interfaces or privacy or security practices. Please refer to the privacy settings of the applicable social media platform or application to determine how you may manage the interactivity between Sightsy and your social media accounts.

When you use the Services, we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, local stored objects (or Flash cookies), and web beacons. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. Web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) are small electronic files that are placed on website or in an email that are used to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the website or receiving the email. We may also use third-party website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect information about user traffic on the Site or Applications. These third parties may use cookies, alone or in conjunction with web beacons and/or other tracking technologies, to collect information about you when you use the Services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. Payment Information

If you make a purchase on the Site or using an Application, our third party payment processor may collect your credit or debit card number, expiration date, and other payment details (collectively, “Payment Information”), as well as other personal information about you, in order to complete your transaction. We also disclose personal information to our business partners, including event providers and sponsors, venue operators, and others in order for such third parties to fulfill orders you place via the Services, to market their products and services to you, and for other purposes.   • Mobile Applications. If you install an Application on your mobile device and no longer wish to have information collected by such Application, you may uninstall the Application by using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the applicable mobile application marketplace or network.
  • Location Information. If you access the Site through or use an Application on a mobile device, you may adjust the settings on your mobile device to allow or prevent the sharing of location information. For example, you can disable “Location” (or “Location Services” on iOS-based devices) on your mobile device to prevent sharing your location information with Sightsy. Please note that if you disable the sharing of location information, you may be unable to access some location-based features of our Services.
  • Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt out by sending an email to with the subject line “Opt Out.” We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.
